Based near Fatima in Portugal, Manulena produces the most beautiful wax in the world. The company originally made religious and lighting candles. Therefore, the wax needed to be of an exceptional quality to last the duration of processions and remain, as it burned, and from one event to the other, perfectly stable. Today, times have changed but the quality of the wax stays the same. It is melted into the simplest and most sophisticated shapes like these chessboard candlesticks.
